Specialising in pasta classes, Sandalyn Wilderness Estate guests learn to make fresh pasta from scratch.

Located in the picturesque Hunter Valley, classes are run at a relaxed pace and are open to anyone who loves eating, cooking and socialising.

Tuscan-inspired, the chefs will share the traditional secrets to turning eggs and semolina flour into mouth-watering fresh pasta. Classes finish with a leisurely two-course alfresco meal where you have time to laugh, enjoy the wine and taste the pasta you just created.
